Shipping
How fast does my order ship?
Most orders go out within 1–3 business days from our US warehouse. Standard shipping then takes 5–7 business days; expedited is 2–3.
Is shipping really discreet?
Yes. Plain unbranded boxes, no exterior reference to the contents, no "smoke shop" return label. The return address is a generic LLC name, not "Online Smoke and Vape."
Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping on US orders over $74.99. Below $74.99, we charge actual carrier rates calculated at checkout — no inflated handling fees.
Can I get adult signature on delivery?
Yes, on request. Add a note at checkout or email us after ordering. There's no extra charge for orders over $100; below that, $5.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to most US states, but smoking paraphernalia is restricted in a few. The shipping restrictions page has the current list. If your zip code is restricted for an item, the cart will block checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently.
Returns
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, on unused and unopened items. No restocking fees. Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is our fault (defective item, wrong product shipped). See the refund policy for the full version.
What if my glass arrives broken?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no return required for broken glass.
Can I return used or opened items?
No. Anything that's been used, opened, or removed from sealed packaging can't go back. That's an industry standard for paraphernalia, not just our policy.
Age and compliance
How does age verification work?
We require age confirmation before checkout — 21+ only, regardless of state minimum-age laws. We're working on adding ID-based verification (the front-door modal is the first checkpoint, not the last).
Do you sell nicotine products?
No. No e-liquid, no disposable nic vapes, no pod systems, no combusted tobacco. We focus on glass, concentrate tools, and dry-herb / wax hardware.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We don't accept PayPal or Venmo for this category.
Will my bank statement show "Online Smoke and Vape"?
No. The merchant descriptor is a generic LLC name. Like the box itself, your statement is discreet.

How do I know what joint size my rig uses?

Are your Honeybee Herb products authentic?
Yes. We're an authorized Honeybee Herb retailer, sourced direct. Same for RAW, RYOT, Infyniti, Green Flower, and the rest of our brand list.
Why don't you carry [specific brand]?
Either we haven't gotten to it yet, or we tried them and the build quality didn't hold up. Email us with brand requests — we read them all.
Gift cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. $10, $25, and larger denominations. Delivered by email instantly. No expiration. Can be used on anything in the catalog.
Can I redeem my WELCOME10 discount on a gift card?
No. WELCOME10 doesn't apply to gift cards (gift cards don't earn discounts), but it does apply to whatever the recipient buys with the gift card.
Account
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout works. An account makes reordering and returns easier, but it's optional.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking email when the package ships. If you have an account, the order also shows up under "Orders" in your account dashboard.
