Shipping Restrictions

We ship smoke and vape accessories discreetly to most of the United States. To stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, the following applies to every order.

21+ only

You must be at least 21 years of age to browse and to place an order on Online Smoke and Vape, regardless of your state's minimum-age laws. We use an age check at entry, and identity verification may be required at checkout. Orders that cannot be age-verified may be cancelled.

Accessories only — no nicotine, CBD, or THC

Our catalog is limited to smoke and vape accessories: glass bongs and water pipes, hand pipes, dab rigs and tools, bangers, rolling papers and cones, grinders, lighters and torches, storage, cleaning supplies, vaporizer hardware, and similar items. We do not sell nicotine, e-liquid, tobacco, CBD, THC, or any controlled substance.

PACT Act status

The federal PACT Act (and its 2021 vape-mail amendment) regulates the shipping of cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) that contain nicotine or e-liquid. Because we ship empty accessories and hardware only — with no nicotine or e-liquid — PACT Act vape-mail registration and adult-signature mailing requirements are not triggered for our shipments.

States we cannot ship glass, dab rigs, or concentrate tools to

Smoking paraphernalia is restricted in some U.S. states. We currently do not ship glass bongs, dab rigs, bangers, carb caps, or other concentrate tools to the following:

  • Iowa
  • Tennessee (selected counties)
  • Wisconsin (selected counties)

This list is updated as regulations change. If your zip code is restricted for a particular item, our checkout will let you know before you pay. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws in your area.

Discreet packaging on every order

Every order ships in plain, unbranded boxes with no exterior reference to the contents. Your privacy is the default, not an upgrade. Fragile glass is wrapped and boxed to arrive safely, with tracking on every shipment.

Adult-signature delivery

For higher-value glass and select categories, we may require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. This protects both the buyer and the brand.
