Free Shipping

Free U.S. shipping on eligible orders of $74.99 or more after discounts. Below that threshold, available weight-based rates are shown at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to U.S. addresses where the ordered products may legally and operationally be shipped. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

When carrier tracking is available, it is provided through Shopify order notifications or the order-status page.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal, state, and local regulations, certain products may not be shipped to all locations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item. See our Shipping Restrictions page for details.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date with photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
