Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited orders.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal, state, and local regulations, certain products may not be shipped to all locations. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.
All orders are verified for age compliance. You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order and receive shipments from Online Smoke and Vape.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check the tracking information for the latest status update
- Contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Online Smoke and Vape is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
