Refund & Return Policy

At Online Smoke and Vape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item is not damaged by the customer
  • The item is accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at wenexusltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging with the RA number clearly marked
  4. Returns without an RA number may be refused

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time for the refund to post
  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary
  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at wenexusltd@gmail.com
