Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States, automatically applied at checkout. Orders under $50 ship at weight-based rates calculated at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal, state, and local regulations, certain products may not be shipped to all locations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item. See our Shipping Restrictions page for details.
All orders are age-verified. You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order and receive shipments from Online Smoke and Vape.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date with photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
