Description

Back to basics usually means pulling out the rolling paper, but in this case, it's all about quartz.

The original style Honeybee Herb Hybrid brings a hint of class that is made from the original quartz with a 25-mm outer diameter and a 3mm thickness, and with a bucket height of 38 mm that gives additional protection against falls.

Not to mention the option of a classy frosted joint finish and the 90°-degree angle. This dab banger comes in a regular weld design with a built-in round bottom, making it an ultimate hybrid of a round bottom and flat bottom bangers!

Recommendations

As with all our products, we recommend the use of a butane torch rather than propane to guarantee being set for the long haul.

And for a better experience, we also recommend our Honey Hive Carb Cap .

FAQs

Why Is This Banger Considered To Be A Hybrid?

It is called a hybrid because it takes the best of two of our bangers and puts them together, ultimately making a hybrid banger of the two products.

Does This Honey Hybrid Banger Have A Round Bottom?

Yes, looking at this banger, you may not be able to tell since it is two styles put together, but the inside portion is a rounded bottom banger.

Quartz banger questions

How do I season a new quartz banger?

Heat to red with a torch, let it cool to room temp completely (5+ minutes), then dab. Repeat 2–3 times. This prevents the new quartz from absorbing terps unevenly on first use.

What temperature should I dab at?

Low-temp dabs (450–550°F) preserve flavor; high-temp dabs (650°F+) give bigger clouds but burn off terps. Most flavor chasers heat to red, then wait 30–45 seconds before dabbing.

How do I clean it?

Q-tip while still warm — much easier than cleaning cold quartz. For deep buildup, soak in 91%+ isopropyl alcohol overnight. Don't over-torch trying to burn off chazz; that just makes it worse.

Why does my banger have white spots after a few uses?

That's chazz — quartz degradation from over-heating. Once it starts, it doesn't come off. Lower your heat, Q-tip after every dab, and replace the banger when it gets bad enough to affect flavor.
